BAKE 2 – April 12, 2020

Yeast Utilized: 2 teaspoons

Same recipe, but I gave up on a traditional loaf shape. I also tried to get fancy (because I’ve watched Great British Baking Show repeatedly) and score my loaf and also put a tray of water in the oven (for steam!) to enhance the crust.

I also had to replace my phone, and the new one takes better pictures. Look at the pretty loaf!

Overall: A little underbaked in the center, but still good.
