BAKE 7 – APRIL 29, 2020

Yeast utilized: 2 teaspoons

This sandwich bread may end up being my Control Loaf, the loaf by which I truly measure my skills and if I’ve learned anything.

Made the corrections from the last loaf (less flour, more baking time), and I think it’s better. Could probably still do with a touch longer in the oven, but overall, hey not bad.

And it did make for a tasty cucumber sandwich.

But oh! This loaf did officially help me to a milestone.

My yeast is officially in just one container now.
