BAKE 23 – JUNE 20, 2020

Yeast Utilized: 2 1/4 teaspoon

Just another loaf of Flaxseed Bread, as I still have flaxseed and this was a very tasty bread. Think I did a better job all around. Got the roll better (with no so much fold under) and I even saved the Redd’s Apple Ale for a Skype “happy hour” with my writing group. I was covered in flaxseeds at one point, but what’re you gonna do?
